A few lines about your business and the job you would hand over first. Not “automate the back office”, but the specific thing that is eating the hours.

We reply with the questions

What you use now, how often the job comes round, and who owns the output. The questions we would ask in the first ten minutes, asked in the reply instead of on a form.
Step 3
One job, scoped narrowly

If it is worth building, it is named before we quote, with a record of every step written into the statement of work. If it is not, we say so, and the free tools say it first.
