Enquiry handling
Answer. Qualify against your written criteria. Book into the diary you actually use. Hand to a named person, by name.
The four answers
- Who buys it
- Any firm whose phone rings, or whose inbox fills, outside the hours somebody is watching it. Most acutely: property, clinics, trades, brokers.
- What stays human
- The moment it stops being logistics. A question about price, suitability, a complaint, or anyone distressed.
- How it is charged
- Flat monthly per scope. Never per minute, per call or per conversation: usage pricing makes your busiest month your most expensive one and makes the quote impossible to compare against a wage.
- The system behind it
- None of ours yet. It is built on your systems and the model provider’s, and saying otherwise would imply a platform we have not written.
Before you buy it
Before buying this from anyone, run the arithmetic on your own call log. It can and often does say buy nothing.
And the general test, which applies to this offer as much as any other: six questions that settle whether a task should be automated at all. Five of its eight verdicts are some form of no.
What it leaves behind
Six records for every action: what triggered it, what it read, what it produced, who confirmed it, what they changed, and what it refused to do. Read a record being written: an illustration, replayed, that downloads as a CSV.

Not “automate the back office”. The specific thing that is eating the hours, with the six audit records written into the statement of work before anything is built.
